Integrated Bodywork is a comprehensive and customizable approach that blends multiple modalities to address the “whole person” combining physical, emotional, and energetic needs. Rather than following a standard routine, we treat each individual with unique needs. Both Tori and Tai are professionally trained in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, and Trigger Point massage. 

Tori has additional training in Myofascial Release, Lymphatic, Pre-Natal, Reflexology, Reiki, and Maya Abdominal Massage. 

Tai has additional training in Ayurvedic Abhyanga, Neuromuscular, Thai, and Marma Energy Massage.
