Through Clinical Ayurvedic Consulting, you will receive insight on your unique journey to balance through a comprehensive consultation followed by continued support in embodying a lifestyle that enriches life and harmony. You will discover who and why you are the person you are today and how to reach your wellness goals. The program includes natural healing through herbal remedies, lifestyle adjustments, and time-tested wisdom on how to live closely aligned with nature.
Ayurveda Wellness Program ($450)

2-hr Comprehensive Consultation
Our first meeting will consist of a comprehensive examination of your unique ayurvedic constitution including Pulse and Tongue diagnosis. This evaluation helps us understand your constitution and the nature of any imbalances. With these two understandings, a unique plan can be created to help bring your health back to a state of balance.
2-hr Report of Findings and Plan
7-10 days later, we will meet to discuss our findings and the ayurvedic health plan I have created for you. This meeting will include Natural Herbal prescriptions and lifestyle recommendations. *Prescribed Herbal Products are additional costs and case by case.
3 Continued Care Visits (60 min each)
These visits are to ensure that the plan is being followed through loving guidance and support. It is natural for challenges to occur when forming new lifestyle habits. The purpose of continued care is to help you move past these challenges and reinforce successful lasting changes. At these visits, I will be adjusting and making new recommendations as they are successfully implemented, checking in on your progress, and recording what changes are occurring.
